Coordinate The Project Plan Sections

Before beginning the Bidding Phase, review all the parts of your project plan to make sure that you’ve coordinated everything.

Make sure you’ve referenced the same items in the same locations, and that there are no errors.

Make sure you used the same language to describe items and activities in the scope of work, diagrams, budget and schedule.
